DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION POLICY
Çilek uses a local distributor in Singapore to manage the delivery and installation process. Given low inventory held in Singapore, any defective part may not have a ready part replacement. The local team in Singapore will attempt to rectify any defective issue. Should there be a replacement piece required, please note that there may be a substantial waiting time to indent the new piece from the factory.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to low inventory management, we are currently unable to provide a robust Return Policy. All products purchased would be immediately indented from the factory. As such, all product sold is non-refundable and non-exchangeable, even if we have not delivered the product. We could only allow for a cancellation of the purchase, but there will be a fee of 30% of the value of the cancelled item if the item has yet to been delivered. If the item has already been delivered, then the purchase is strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable. Please see our Delivery and Installation policy with regards to defects.
